The Hotel Trieste is managed by Ciapparelli Family from 2012 , specialized for more than 20
years in the gluten-free diet by providing this service to its guests with celiac many homemade
delicacies. Our passion and devotion arise from having a daughter celiac and want to help all
people with celiac disease to enjoy a carefree and delicious.
In our laboratory Chef Renato Cappellini and his staff prepare biscuits and cakes every day for
breakfast, fresh bread, fresh pasta (lasagna, gnocchi, spaghetti, ravioli, noodles ...), flatbread,
gluten-free pizza and all meals in the menu of the day, all in complete safety. The celiac menu is
our flagship and by us celiacs are pampered every day!
Do not miss two weekly appointments inevitable delicious gluten-free: Monday night party with
Nutella crepes gluten-free for all and on Wednesday night dance party with a gluten-free cake for
everyone!
Celebrate your birthday with us, we will prepare a big cake gluten-free to serve at the table
