At the Hotel Trieste the restaurant is our flagship, thanks to the passion with which our Chef and
his staff prepare each dish, with and without gluten.
The morning is at available to our guests a rich breakfast buffet with a variety of brioches, bagels
and homemade pies, cookies, cereals, yoghurt, cold meats, fruit juices and much more to satisfy
every palate.
Is no less a separate buffet offering gluten-free cakes and biscuits so many different kinds of fresh
homemade each day, fresh bread to be heated at all times, cereals, jams, fruit juices, Shar
products, BiAglut, Glutafin...
Lunch and dinner, the Hotel Trieste offers a rich buffet of vegetables, salads, appetizers with
various vegetarian, meat and fish. The two menus and all our dishes are personally prepared by
our Chef Renato Cappellini.
And finally ice cream or homemade desserts gluten free of course!
For our guests celiac gluten-free we have bread made at home all day, flatbread, pizza,
homemade pasta, cakes and many delicious recipes, all gluten-free.

Nutella Party: Evening with many gluten-free pancakes for all!
Evening of celebration: Once you have unleashed in the fun of dancing, you can taste the delicious
cakes prepared by our cook!
Theme dinner or bellavista: Chef Renato prepares and serves exquisite sporziona seconds directly
in the dining room, one of our specialties is particularly required in the pig roast and salmon in a
bed of vegetables.
